Beginning Saturday, March 21st, out Saturday urgent sick appointments will be at our APEX location only. This change is for SATURDAY CLINIC ONLY. Please read more below.
When you come to the office, a nurse will meet you outside the main entrance. We will ask you some questions and get your information.
You may be asked to wait in your car. When your room is ready, we will call your cell phone.
Depending on the reason for your visit, your child may be seen for a “Telehealth” appointment. For these appointments, we will email you a hyperlink that you will click on when it is your appointment time. You will enter a “virtual waiting room” to wait for the physician. The appointment will be done over your smart phone, iPad or computer – anything that has a webcam.
We anticipate as time goes on during these unusual times, we may do more and more virtual Telehealth visits, to assess your child when you are at home, and not need to come in to the office. We hope to still see kids who need to be seen, but want to be able to keep those patients we can at home.
We also are hoping to maintain checkups in our Cary and Fuquay office at this time. We have done well in keeping sick patients out of these two offices, so you can feel confident that when you bring your child in to their checkup, they are safe.”
Thank you for your patience as we continue to navigate in this pandemic. The health of your child and family continues to be our highest priority.
