Alex Lorentsen MD, FAAP

Dr. Lorentsen joined the Apex office in August 2021. She knew she wanted to live in NC long term after spending 4 years at Davidson College. She & her husband completed their residencies at UNC, & they are excited to stay in the Triangle area. They have a dog, Lucy, & just had a baby boy in October 2021! Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family, hike in the Eno River State Park, & cook. She has an interest in preventive medicine & caring for newborns.
