Visiting Us

We take our referrals very seriously. If you have heard of us in the community or have just moved to our area, welcome, and thank you in advance for trusting us with your child’s health!

To make your first visit most productive, please consider the following:

• Have any previous records sent to our office before your visit, when possible so they can be reviewed in advance. Completing our record release form will make it easy to transfer data.
• Please review our vaccine policy so that you can best understand our philosophy before becoming a patient.
• If your insurance allows, please schedule a Well Child Visit to allow us to see your child for the first time well and not sick.
