Insurance

Please provide a copy of your insurance card at every visit and notify us of any changes to your insurance plan.  Cary Pediatric Center wants you to get the most out of your health insurance plan. One of the best ways to do so is to review your insurance plan carefully, so that you have a clear understanding of you and/or your child’s health insurance benefits. This will arm you with the information you need to be an effective partner with our office in managing your healthcare costs.  It is the responsibility of the cardholder to know what their eligibility and coverage is with their insurance carrier. If this is not known, it is suggested the cardholder verify coverage limitations prior to the appointment date. Although we may estimate what your insurance company may pay, it is the insurance company that makes the final determination of your eligibility.  Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.  You are responsible for any non-covered charges.
