Jennifer Durand-Smith MD, FAAP

Dr. Durand was born and raised in Texas. She attended Texas A&M for undergrad and Baylor College of Medicine for medical school.  She and her husband moved to North Carolina for her pediatric residency at Duke.  They loved North Carolina so much that they decided to stay in the Triangle.  She joined Fuquay-Varina Pediatrics in 2007 and intends to work here until retirement.  She have two boys and says they have made life more interesting and made her a better pediatrician.  Her favorite things other than her family are being outside, taking walks, and chocolate.  Her favorite part of pediatrics is watching kids grow up.
